Delivery and Shipping

Your orders are prepared completely and carefully by us and delivered to our contracted cargo company, DHL Cargo.
It is important that you check the package for damage and intactness when receiving your cargo.

Complaints regarding damages that may occur during the transportation process must be reported to the cargo officer during delivery and recorded. No responsibility is accepted for damages reported after delivery.

Order Delivery Time

Your orders are delivered to cargo within an average of 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your region.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday and on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Therefore, the delivery time for orders placed after these hours may be slightly longer.

No deliveries are made on public holidays and Sundays.
