Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is made between the seller and the buyer, whose details are provided below, regarding sales conducted electronically, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations.

1. Parties

The person specified during the order.

2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller's website.

3. Product and Payment Information
The type, quantity, sales price, and payment information of the products subject to the order are determined in accordance with the information approved by the buyer during the order process.

Payment transactions are carried out via Iyzico, a secure payment infrastructure.
Your card details are not stored by the seller.

4. Delivery and Performance

  • Products are sent to the specified delivery address after order confirmation.
  • Deliveries are made via the contracted cargo company (DHL Kargo).
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the cargo company.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the product upon delivery. A record must be kept before accepting damaged packages.

5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • Notification must be made to the seller via e-mail
  • The product must be unused

The product must be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Products with damaged packaging and not suitable for resale
  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

7. Return and Payment Process
In case the right of withdrawal is exercised:

  • After the product reaches the seller, the amount is refunded within 7 business days
  • The refund is made using the payment method used by the buyer

Cargo return conditions are subject to the principles specified in the Return and Exchange Policy.

8. General Provisions

  • The buyer declares that they have read and accepted the product information, prices, and sales conditions on the website
  • The seller reserves the right to cancel the order in cases such as stock depletion or force majeure
  • The seller declares that there may be minor differences between product images and the actual product

9. Dispute Resolution
In disputes that may arise from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the buyer's place of residence are authorized, according to the monetary limits announced by the T.C. Ministry of Trade.

10. Effectiveness
By completing the order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
